Apple Pie!

During Thanksgiving, I learned to make apple pie. I found a couple recipes online, and combined them. I was so happy with the result.


So, this summer I want to make lots of pies. Experiment. It's something they used to do in the old days, I think. I'm pretty sure =P

I'm sure my friends won't mind this kind of experimenting.
Chilled pie is tasty, no?

    I think making pies is a wondrous idea. Especially if I get to try some, and, as Rosie said, maybe do some pie-making together!
