Ten Steps to Becoming an American Teenager
(I really don't know what I'm talking about)

  1. Trick yourself into thinking you don't care.
  2. Never look an adult in the eye.
  3. Get all the necessary items, or else you're not really a teen or cool: Ipod, cellphone(something expensive, definitely), permit/license, facebook, email, ect…
  4. Complain. A lot.
  5. Your inspiration should come from video games and movies.
  6. Never let those earbuds leave your ears.
  7. Go with the flow, but be your own person. Can you do that?
  8. All your trusty knowledge should come from Wikipedia, Urban dictionary and Google.
  9. Hate your parents, they do nothing for you. They just feed, clothe, house… yeah, whatev.
  10. rite like this its rlly cool u mite look stupid if u dont

I'm not going to be a teenager next year, so I thought I might have room to vent talk.

  3. I completely agree, except for a few things I think are necessities...

Email (C'mon, it good, just abused. Yes, I mean CHAIN MAIL!)

License (Necessary for work, most of the time, and a job is good)

Phone(When driving, away from home. You don't need to have that new $300 phone, I have a razr... you remember those? :P )

Not a necessity, but Google and Wikipedia are very useful :P Urban Dictionary.... not so much

    :D

  4. Hehe.... people can do without them ;)

Some of them may eventually be necessary, but I don't like it when anyone is teased for not having their permit/license, email or phone. It bothers me to heck.

  5. Texting is what's unnecessary ;)

And we only tease you because we love you :P

  6. Haha... not just me, silly. I'm the least of my worries in that area =)

Although, it is comforting to know that the people who tease me love me, to be sure.
